Paul Petersen is an accomplished estate and equestrian property manager with over thirty years of hands-on experience overseeing luxury ranches, equestrian facilities, and private estates throughout California.
Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and calm leadership, Paul directs a trusted team of professionals who specialize in everything from daily operations and staff coordination to large-scale property development and renovation.

Ross Day is a seasoned location manager with more than thirty years of experience in the film and television industry. A proud member of the Hollywood Teamsters, Ross began his career under the mentorship of industry veteran Steve Dayan, working on productions such as Melrose Place, The Great White Hype, The Cable Guy, and Volcano.
Over the years, Ross has collaborated with acclaimed directors including Albert Brooks and Alexander Payne, and built a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and calm leadership under pressure. His credits span major feature films, national commercials, and long-running television series—including a seven-season tenure as Location Manager on CBS/Paramount’s SEAL Team, where he helped bring more than 100 episodes to life.
